We were given a brief to design and produce a marketing package for a small exclusive development in Newtownabbey. The site was launched in November with an impressive Brochure, PropertyPal.com Microsite, detailed 3D Illustrations and an eye-catching Site Sign. Proof of the pudding - all 9 homes in the first phase have sold in two months, with another 8 soon to be released.

Just arrived… Rally School Ireland - BMW / MINI Winter Driver Training leaflets, fantastic course for anyone who has experienced difficulty driving in winter conditions.

Their winter driver training circuit is professionally designed for training both corporate drivers and the general public in the management of emergency situations in both rural and urban settings. The circuit replicates the winding rural roads which present the most danger, particularly when it comes to standing water, wet conditions or, worse still, ice and snow. Often the first time a driver experiences a slide, or the feeling of ABS activating, is when it is too late: they are already in a situation where a failure to respond immediately can lead to a collision.’

With no school run to take care of this morning I decided to walk to work. Not exactly ‘Into the Wild’ more like ‘Along the Towpath’. Just need to work out how i’m going to get home - walk again, public transport, taxi or hitch a lift!

We were asked to design a brochure for a large high profile development site on the outskirts of Belfast. The developers wanted the brochure to reflect the quality and size of the houses, so we upped the ante by designing a 16 page A3 landscape brochure, with full page images of each of the different house types on the site. The design and size of the brochure gives the development an air of grandeur, yet affordability, which is exactly what the developers and estate agents were aiming for.
